Points will accumulate for the Central North Island District Young Handler at any of the following participating shows: Cambridge (24th November), Rotorua (28th January) and Morrinsville (2nd March).
Winner will receive the Bell Booth Trophy
Rules:
Age of exhibitor 12-21 inclusive as at 1st February of that current show season.
Enter on the day no entry fee.
Prize money Individual Shows - 1st $100, 2nd $80, 3rd $60, 4th $40, 5th $20.
Finals: 1st $150, 2nd $125, 3rd $100, 4th $60, 5th $40
Exhibitors to reside in Mid Northern District Area.
Dairy Animal to be either In-milk or Yearling Heifer (no calves)
Animals to have no horns.
To be judged on Presentation (of the handler) and Handling of Animal.
Time limit for judging - 20 minutes. Exhibitors to enter animal of their choice then to be asked to change animals by random draw.
To be judged during the Luncheon Interval.
Points 1st 5pts, 2nd 4 pts, 3rd 3 pts, 4th 2pts, 5th 1pt. 1pt to be given for entering.
After judging at Morrinsville, points from the three shows will be added together for final placings, in the event of the final placing being a tie, the exhibitor with the highest placing will be deemed
the winner.

Competitors to be aged 13-25 years on October 1st 2012, and to be a member or have an association with a member of NZ Ayrshire Association. Any Competitor who has reached the age of 20, must be a Senior or Associate member of Ayrshire New Zealand.
Competitors to lead an Ayrshire female of any age. Competitors may be asked to change animals while class is in progress.

Competitors to be aged 5 to 12 years on 01 October 2012, and to be a member or have an association with a member of the NZ Ayrshire Association.
Competitors are to lead a Calf.

FREDRICKSON AND GREENLANE TROPHY RULES
To be judged on Leading, Presentation, Courtesy, Dress and Showmanship.
To be judged by the Ayrshire Judge and one other if needed.
To be competed for annually at the North and South Island Championship Shows, with a winner from both Shows. A competitor may only compete once per show season.
On the day, running of the competition to be at the discretion of the TOP/Judging Committee or its appointee.

Calf Club Competition
NOTE:
All entries in this Section to be shown under Calf Club conditions
Only calves that have won a ribbon at a school calf club are eligible to enter
No Clipping or oiling allowed.
Calves MAY enter registered Breed Sections but must be registered with that breed.
Children 5 years and under 10 years at October 20 classified as junior.
Children 10 years and over at October 20 classified as senior.
Calves born before 1 July not eligible.
Judging commences at 10.00 a.m.
