III. Approval of Minutes / Review March Meeting Minutes
Motion to approve the March meeting minutes. Approved.
IV. Reports of Board Members / President’s Report:
●# of participants for each team: t-ball 19, rookies-15, minors - 13, softball rookies-14
●Pitcher Mound Quotes – Bob Fosters 31.50 a ton delivered = (3 fields and touch up) 3% clay mix. $701.50 (75-150 tons for a full field, 6 truck loads = 3k) 6inch is recommended
●Maintenance of Brown Shattuck Field – Sears Hometown Store of Rindge, NH will donate a mower, with a pull cart with sears stickers on it that are not to be removed in exchange for a letter to Sears Home Town Store thanking them for a charitable donation of $2500.00. Ed offered a sign to be hung for 3 years @ $145.00 in exchange for no mowing bills to Parks & Rec.

Treasurer
●Status Update on Checking= $19,000 and Savings Accounts = $11,300
●$4600 baseball registrations, but can’t tell what the pay is coming in for.
●Ed will email details for each division to compare totals.
●Motion to Vote Camilla Devlin in as Treasure-Approved
Fundraising Director
- D.A.R.E. Softball Tournament is June 3rd, rain date June 4th. Plan for volunteers to run concessions.
- Plan for volunteers to run snack shack during t-ball, baseball and softball season as well as 100 Inning game.
●Plan for spring field cleanup set for April 22nd at 9:00am. Get Day Olds from Dunkin Donuts
●Tick control research and decision on what we are going to use while the field is wet. Find out in the next week what we are getting!
●Mower tire update? Air or replacement and ordering ASAP if replacement - $80 just for tire. Send Ed the dimensions.
●Update on replacement home plate for softball field – need to order through Rob. Rob will get it in for next week. Jesse let Rob know what you need.
Equipment Director
- Uniform order update – Baseball uniforms will be in on the 21st. Order goes in tomorrow – 2.5 week lead time for orders. Baseball was royal blue & gold, majors is navy blue.
- Equipment orders – concerned about Softball – need size & numbers, uniforms will be purple and gold with Purple visors. Black pants/full length. Order socks. Let Rob know what equipment is needed. Coaches need to be in full uniforms.
- Final decision on return of uniforms - ok
Baseball Director
●Update on coaches in place and plan to fill open spots – Got Rookies coach – Brett Barselle.
●Coach’s registrations are open.
●All coaches need background checks.

Softball Director

●Practice and game schedule planning – no changes
●Jesse needs to share team cheers!
Soccer Director
- Update on U10 competitive league – try outs – dates TBD
- 20 cases of white paint, 17 cases of orange
- Update on purchase price of field paint and plan to order = $23 per box of 12 cans.
- BNS Stencil wanted – Ed’s on it!
- Need to think about 2 positions for soccer director. Size is expanding. One director to handle younger kids (pre-k, 1,2) and one for the older kids( 2 different leagues and training referees, and organization of teams) plus travel teams. Hiring referees and handling volunteers, camps, tournaments, and coaching…need another position. (Would have to change by-laws and rewrite responsibilities)

When we put things on the Agenda – Remember what you are delegated to do. If you can not do it, let Ed or Camilla know.
Sports – even years, Executive positions on odd years. Mark each term as 2 years.
Need a Just-in-case VP – Best in roll to step up would be Soccer Director.
