The following is a list of requirements for Chapter Officers. As a Chapter Officer, you must meet or exceed these expectations. Prior to running for office, you were given some of these requirements. Please make sure that you can commit to them all for the entire school year.

These signed rules must be returned before officer interviews are conducted, or the student will lose eligibility to run for an officer position.

  1. You must maintain passing grades throughout the school year. If you should fail a six-weeks grading period, you must regain your eligibility by the next progress report. You will not be able to participate in any FFA activities during an ineligible period (including FFA meetings). If you lose eligibility for two grading periods, you will be removed from office. ***If you are ineligible you cannot perform your officer responsibilities (two grading periods is equal to 12 weeks of not being able to perform your duties).***

I have read the rules stated above and the Cypress Creek FFA Chapter Constitution and confirm by signing that myself and my parents understand my obligations completely. I will do my best to abide by them.
