This can be done on-line through the Flight Technology web site (www.cwu.edu/~flight).

  3. Among other things, the application package will ask applicants to provide evidence of meeting the criteria above—photocopies of last page of updated pilot logbook and current Class 1 Medical; recommendation letters and contact information from recent employers and others qualified to appraise flying abilities and performance, including Midstate and other FBO instructors.
  4. The Direct Hire Recommendation Committee, consisting of CWU Flight Technology faculty and staff and other qualified persons as deemed appropriate by CWU Flight Technology faculty, will review application materials and make recommendations using the criteria and procedures outlined above.
  5. Horizon Air hiring personnel will visit CWU and conduct simulator and interview sessions with those recommended by the Direct Hire Recommendation Committee.
