Recently, my work has revolved around the development of databases and websites. Before becoming an automation specialist at Cognos, I taught and tutored IT at a community college. Prior to this, I had gone back to school to take computer-programming courses full-time while working full-time. For over a decade, my vocation was devoted to the civil service where I have performed assorted tasks in various settings such as communications, media relations and parliamentary affairs. I am imaginative, creative, great with office equipment, and at ease speaking to groups or in public. I am a quick learner, very resourceful, flexible and a clever trouble-shooter.

After acquiring Business Intelligence concepts & WinRunner skills, I pioneered the development of automation test scripts for Cognos Query, our web-based ad-hoc querying application including all its’ client/server components.

Health Canada employed my services to urgently fix and re-tool their web-based querying and charting application. They mandated me to bring this undertaking to completion after they had encountered difficulties in mid-project.
