SUMMARY
I am an IT Consultant with over 10 years of experience in IT field.
My career began with the Linux platform and the management of medium networks. After few year, I carried out several projects in IT areas as a systems engineer. In the meantime, I discovered two new work passions:
  • Project Management;
  • Business Process Management.
For this reason I obtained these certifications in order to expand my knowledge:

Specific Activities:
After the previous job, I received the role oftechnicalmember for the project “Buono Chiaro” in the PM Office. The dematerialization of meal vouchers in the customer shop point is the final goal of the project.This solution provides: the guarantee to the POS manager that the voucher will be refunded, a reduction in terms of costs for the voucher management, a reliable and efficient management of the vouchers.
At the beginning, the only members of the project were the project manager and I, with the close cooperation of the Program Manager. No other group or person was involved in this project;the only exception were the external suppliers.
I participated, in the early stages of Service Design, with the following activities:
Creation of a communication protocol between till and our proprietary software;
Creation of a communication protocol between our proprietary software and transactional server;
Creation of a communication protocol between transactional server and issuers servers;
Creation of management rules for each steps;
Management of technical structures in the supplier side;
Creation of management procedures.
After these steps, we started the project with the first customer (pilot). In this phase,only the project team performed all activities (POS activation, supportand problem management). The second phase (Service Transition) provides a gradual roll-out for the retailer shops.
In addition, I performed some promotional activities in the media events and on-site demonstrations for the retailers.Some activities, after the pilot customer, were assigned to specific groups (internal support team and supplier support team).
For all customers, I followed these steps: first contact, description of the solution, till software integration, UAT activation, pilot store activation, roll-out for all shops, billing management. After the first period, I transferred the operational activities to the support group . In addition, periodically I performed the SOW (Statement of work) with the client in which I explain the situation through presentations or reports.

Role and responsibilities: Increase and optimize the current IT infrastructure
Specific Activities: In the first phase, I performed the analysis of the situation regarding the IT infrastructure.After this phase, I bought new servers, new network devices and some equipment that are missing in the customer site.With these new purchases, I increased the performance and I expanded the existing IT structure in the Service Division of the customer.The activity involved network devices and different services such as : SFTP server (to exchange the information between retailers , banks, Qualified Partner, technicians, internal people), internal and external web portal. Some network devices have been created in order to complete the work: VPN concentrator, Internal and external firewall, other network device such as gateway, switch and proxy in order to switch the data in the corporate infrastructure. After these work, I set the focus on internal software system (for example: active monitoring, firewall rules, new IT users, DHCP rules) with the new virtualized server. At the end, I created a ne technical documentation about the privacy rules for the IT infrastructure, the security policy document with the audit rules and the guidelines to prevent the computer crimes.
