  • 2016/2017: SALGA Councillor Induction: Project managed the creation of the sector-specific councillor induction material and training programme for new incoming portfolio councillors. Also provided content expertise to material for the energy sector.
  • 2014/2015City PowerRevenue Recovery: Managed the PMO for the roll out of a smart metering project for large power users
  • 2011 – 2016: EON Consulting: Various business development initiatives to conceptualise solutions and programmes that would assist public sector in the energy space
  • 2013 City Power Shift Roster Design and Implementation: Contributed to the data analysis, shift team and shift roster design, labour union negotiations
  • 2012/2013 Eskom IPP Grid Access Systems: Developed processes, requirements and conceptualised solution for a workflow system to facilitate the grid interconnection process for IPPs
  • 2012 Eskom Integrated Access Control: Developed a costing model to determine implementation costs for rolling out integrated access control, deployment strategy to roll out to 400+ sites and support and maintenance strategy
  • 2010/2011 Eskom Water Conservation and Demand Management: Scoped out the entire programme, developed PMO structures and managed a capacitated PMO, assisted in building business case for approval of programme at board level as a strategic initiative.
  • 2009 – 2011 Eskom Energy Losses Programme: Stream lead for benefits realisation stream of the programme to determine revenue prevented from loss and lost revenue recovered, developed model for the calculation of the return on investment (allowing client to claim ZAR 1.2 billion savings in the first year alone), target setting and negotiations with all regional stakeholders, automation of scorecard for national and regional departments
  • 2008 Eskom Online Vending Solutions Integration Programme: Project management and crisis management of back end integration project with multiple stakeholders
