Bottom line responsibility to select, start-up, manage, operate and develop all Telia ventures in that part of the World.

This included heading Telia-projects and operating companies in countries like Israel, South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Senegal, Uganda, Kenya, Morocco and Kuwait. This including positions as Chairman, Interim MD, and Director of the Board in the various companies. The Telia companies in the region are very profitable, and have gone from start-up to several hundred thousand customers in a few years creating an excellent shareholder value for Telia Overseas.
