CALL TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order by Mike Emerson at 9:36am.
MINUTES: Minutes were reviewed from previous meeting held on September 6th 2006.
OLD BUSINESS:
1 Nov-05 Shop exhaust system, is up and running in Salt Lake City. We are next to get our systems updated. One end came in, we still have no date for repair.
2 Mar-06 Parts racking, no safety on racks for items being pushed off. Dan Garland is looking for meshing of some sort to be attached to back of racks. Parts rack above dealer counter has been fixed, still looking for meshing for other racks. This will have to be put on budget, because of cost associated with putting up the meshing.
3 August-9 Need certifications on branch 800 forklift for those who are going to use it. We also need to re-certify everyone on the warehouse forklifts
4 September-6 Chains for the lifts in service need safety latches put on them. Will be checking into in the next month. We will be contacting a couple vendors to get pricing this month.
NEW REPORTED ISSUES
1 October-4 At the top of the stairs going to the second level near the receptionist area the carpet is pulling up. This will be looked into and fixed this month.
2 October-4 We need to get ready for the winter. Check ice melt, find snow removal crew, check tires etc in all vehicles and anything else we can think of.

Meeting was adjourned at 9:52am due to no further business. The next safety committee meeting will be held 8th of November 2006 at 8:00am unless otherwise notified. We will be inviting Les Culliton to attend this meeting.
