Dear Cruisin’ For A Cure Vendor/Exhibitor — PLEASE READ:

The following information will assist you in planning your arrival and setup for this event. Vendors can take advantage of FREE prostate testing in Bldg. 16Friday 8 am – 2 pm and Sat. 6am until 4:00pm.

FRIDAY ONLY, Sept. 21stis setup for all vendors/exhibitors – NO EXCEPTIONS.

 Pleaseenter through GATE 5 off of Arlington ONLY.

 Your“Gate 5 - Authorized Vendor” Cardmust be completed with Name, Cell # and displayed on driver’s side of front window before entering the show.

Upon entering the fairgrounds, follow the directions of the Show Staff who will assist you locating your space.
ALL trucks and trailers must be removed to Vendors Parking (Gate 8) with your completed “Gate 8 – Vendor Parking” card displayed after load-in.

 The facility will be available on FRIDAY ONLY from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to set up.

The Building will be locked at 6:00 p.m. by the fairgrounds. We will have security and staff on the premises all day and night of the 21stand morning of the 22ND.

SATURDAY, September 22nd:

PLEASE ENTER THROUGH GATE 8 ONLY off of Arlington.Gate 8 is a parking lot for the vendors/exhibitors to park their cars, trucks or trailers. We will have shuttle carts to help you get to your spots. Vendor shuttle stops at 7:30 a.m.

 Please be sure yourCOMPLETED Vendor Parking Cardison your windshield

Please have your Ticketmaster ticket(s) and get your hand stamped before enteringfairgrounds. If you are not parking in the Exhibitor parking lot, you still need to turn in tickets at the gate.
NO VENDORS MAY ENTER VEHICLES AT GATE 4 ON SAT. ALL VENDOR DISPLAY CARS MUST BE IN ON FRIDAY.

3. We will reopen for arrival at approximately 4:30 AM Saturday morning.
(We are expecting 3,400+ participating show cars to begin lining up by 4 AM on Saturday.)

 Vendor Building - COSTA MESA BLDG. We will open at 6:00 a.m. to the public

4.After the show on Saturday:

 At 3:00 PM, you may begin to pack up. If you are in the main mall area, please wait until 3:30pm when the awards are completed.

 All exhibitor trailers, haulers, and materialsmust be out ofthe building and off of the fairgrounds property no later than 7:00 p.m. on Sat., September 22, 2018.
