Room Cleaning and Campus Rules Agreement

By signing this form, you are willing to accept the terms of this agreement:

  1. While hallways will be monitored throughout the day, security of personal items is the responsibility of the participants/group. CRHS and the Cougar Stars organization will not be responsible for missing or stolen items.
  1. Absolutely no food or beverages of any kind (except water bottles) are to be open and/or consumed in the dressing rooms. Eating and drinking are only allowed in the designated area of the school. A Security Guard will be monitoring your rooms for food and drinks. If food and drinks (other than water) are seen in your room, they will be thrown away.
  1. Absolutely no food or drink may be brought on campus. Please utilize the concession stand that has been provided by the Cougar Stars Booster Club. We appreciate your support. A security guard will be located at eh entrance and will be directing those that choose to bring food in, to eat outside the building.
  1. Please do not write on classroom boards or disturb classroom items. Should anything be broken or a spill occurs, please contact a CRHS representative immediately. Damage to classroom items or situations requiring excessive cleaning will result in the assessment of a $100.00 cleaning fee.
  1. We request that classrooms utilized as dressing rooms be cleared of all personal/group items prior to the start of the awards ceremony. For individuals involved in solo finals, we will begin room check 30-minutes after the conclusion of the awards ceremony. If the room is not considered to be “clean and clear”, a cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged.
  1. Please ensure that all props are adequately covered so that the performance floor is not scratched or damaged. If the performance floor is damaged, the participants/group will be assessed a fee for repairs as determined by CRHS/KISD.
  1. Please do not allow Booster Clubs and individual parent groups to tail-gate or BBQ in the parking lot. Tailgating is NOT ALLOWED! And According to KISD Policy:
  2. Use or possession of alcohol, tobacco or fire arms are prohibited on the campus (including the parking lot).

This form must be emailed to Wednesday, February 8, 2017. Dressing rooms will not be assigned without a signed agreement on file. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
