Symposium fee: 600 kn.Payment should be transferred to Account No. Zagrebačka banka 2360000-1101585096 with notification “Symposium fee”. For foreign payment Symposium fee is 90 EURO, SWIFT ZABA HR 2X 7001-1409948-000 Zagrebačka banka d.d. Croatia. Symposium fee includes attending the lectures, Proceedings, meal, coffee during breaks and excursion costs. Symposium participation is to be confirmed by filling the Submission form and by delivering the copy of the payment invoice to HUSI Secretariat ether by fax. ++ 385 51 345 690, or by t later than 5th of March 2006. Payment invoice, please send to HUSI address, or to above mentioned fax number or e-mail, or submit during the registration. Only written cancellation of the registration is to be accepted providing that it is accepted (regardless ofthe time of mailing) not later than two days before Symposium. Otherwise full Symposium fee will be charged. Bill will be issued during registration or will be sent by postal service. Accommodation in Hotel “Opatija” is not included in Symposium fee. Members of Croatian Association of Sanitary Engineering and Slovenian Chamber of Sanitary Technicians and Engineers are paying the reduced Symposium fee of 350,00 kn.
Information about the eventual room accommodation of the participants in Hotel “Opatija”. Double room 208.00 kn person/day. Single room 320.50 kn person/day. Half board in double room 260.50 kn person/day. Half board in single room 373.00 kn person/day. VAT and local tourist tax are included in prices. Eventual reservations are to be performed DIRECTLY with the Sales department of the Hotel “Opatija”, with notification that above presented prices are valid only if reservation is performed before 1st of March 2006. / Information about the staying and accommodation:
