*Conference submissions must assign copyright to INASS and organizers, authors, and others affiliated with the conference must comply with requirements of the INASS copyright form.
* Conference organizers must provide the review form of the accepted papersthat you want to publish in the IJIES journal. Based on the review results, the 2nd review is performed by IJIES reviewers.This is not the guarantee that all submitted papers are published in IJIES.The submitted papers must satisfy the Requirements of Paper: . Furthermore, the papers must be selected from more than 5 countries.
* Payment of processing charges:
When submitting the selected papers to IJIES, the authors must agree to pay the processing charge. After acceptance, the article will enter the production cycle and the authors will be asked to pay the processing charge. When final formatting corrections are made, payment of the processing charge must be received before the article will be published online.(You must not collect the fee from authors without our permission.) Payment must be made by PayPal (Currency: USD).

However, please bear in mind that SCOPUS suddenly drop journals from the list. No refund will be given even if the IJIES is dropped from SCOPUS list.

If the president of your university can give an official honorary certificate to the president of the Intelligent Networks and Systems Society (INASS), there is no need to pay the processing fee (Free of charge) for your special issue. (Max. 20.) Please let us know in advance if you want to choose this option. This option is “Discontinued temporarily”… The serious violationswere detected in previous applications…
