Crest Rules and Regulations

1. All residents (including spouses and children over 18) are required to have a Crest ID card. You can obtain your ID by providing copies of your lease, driver's license, vehicle registration, and a copy of your rental insurance to the management office. All residents must do this within 10 business days of move-in.

2. Pool hours are 9:00 am to dusk. There is a limit of one guest per ID. Anything over this number is considered a party and is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow the rules will result in a $150.00 fee to the owner of the unit.

3. NO glass containers are permitted in the pool area. This includes in the covered area, near the grills, and near the pool and spa. Violators will be fined $100.00.

4. The Gym is open 24 hours.

5. Any child under18 in the gym must be accompanied by an adult.

6. Smoking is not permitted in the common areas.

7. Pets are limited to ONE dog or cat per unit. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times unless they are enclosed in the dog park. You are responsible for your pet's actions while on Crest property. Failure to pick up dog waste is a $100 fine per offence.

8. Pit-bulls and other dogs considered to be an aggressive breed are not permitted on the property unless they are service or emotional support dogs with appropriate documentation, and have been approved by the management office.

9. Dogs are never to be left unattended on patios, per Orange County Ordinance.

10. Children MUST be attended on the playground at all times.

12. Parking is only permitted in designated parking spaces. Parking on the curbs is strictly prohibited. Parking in handicapped spaces is prohibited unless a handicapped permit or license plate is visible. The parking of boats and trailerson the property is strictly prohibited. We do permit moving vans/trucks for one week, however they must be registered prior to overnight parking. If they are parked in a handicapped space, they will be automatically towed.

13. The Crest charges a $125.00 lock out fee between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You must verify that you are a resident of the Crest before being let into the unit. If you get locked out after hours or on the weekends, you must call a locksmith. You are not permitted to contact the staff after hours for a lock out issue.

14. Interactions and conduct towards Crest staff and vendors must be done in a respectable and civil manner. Any verbal or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. Incidents will be documented and the owner of the unit notified. A fine may be issued to the owner of the unit. Any complaints must be brought to the management office or sent to the board president at . Requesting personal favors of any of the staff will result in an automatic $100 fine. Calling the staff after hours is considered harassment and is strictly prohibited.

15. Spare Keys to all locks in the unit must be provided to the management office, in accordance with Crest by-laws. While we will provide a 24 hour non-emergency notice whenever possible, sometimes emergency access will be necessary. Failure to provide a key within 48 hours after it is requested will result in a $100 fine.

*This copy of the Rules and Regulations serves as an"Official Notice" to all residents. Violations thereafter will result in a $100 per day fine assessed to the unit until the issue is rectified.
