· 8th grade video (Lanier)
· Lunch/entertainment (café TBD) Entertainment/Ingoldsby/Abadia/DJ/Science Presentation/ “New Kriation” Performance Group/Harlem Legends-not sure yet
· 8th grade week agenda (1-5 day activities TBD)
· D.J. plans (Met w/ Tim Conroy plans set $300)

· Coca Cola Vendor VCS will cover all drinks. (Discussion ongoing.)
· Students will receive (1-3) bottles of water (1) coke/sprite (Total needed 450-500 drinks/900-1000 bottles water.
· Pizza $5 (8 slices per pizza) tentatively ordering est. 110 pizzas, 80 cheese, 30 pepperoni ($550) Jay/Store Manager 322-9020 confirmed-----Papa Johns in Port Orange (Dunlawton) confirmed
· Coca Cola estimate $400.00
· Parent Donation (Slushees for 350 students)

· 10-12 Stations for activities
· Dance location? Café
· Coleman, Comi and Picott will start a tentative agenda 1/27th. 8th grade faculty can modify from there.
· Include PTSA stands (popcorn, cotton candy, frozen drinks, etc….)
· Crazy 8’s Fee $15 (includes: unlimited ride time, t-shirt, wristband, pizza (2+), coke (1), water (2+), chips and/or cookie)
· Need to set up a t-shirt design drawing ASAP. (Comi)
· Wishworks is currently working on an invoice for certificates, medallions, trophies
and plaques
· Got 2013 Invoice for Shirts TBD, same as last year
Co-Chair (Equipment Set-up): Dale Holcombe
· Jumpin Beans Rental w/ provide set up for all activities (set up same as last year)
· Custodial Staff support (3 additional custodial staff)
· Volunteers needed (25) Chairperson needed for this.

Fund-raising Goals: est. $300 Crazy 8’s (advertising on t-shirts)
· 8th grade “Hat Day” $1 to wear hat on designated day (2 or 3) TBD?
· All fund-raisers must have Fund-raiser request forms on file through Mrs. Hartman*****
Co-Chair (D.J./Dance/Set-up): J. Picott
· Dance location/Creekside café starting @ 2pm.
· D.J. set for $300
· Problem: Early release students/D.J. can make an announcement.
Co-Chair (Student Leadership Team): Lanier will select student leadership team asap. (Picott will meet with students to introduce plan and solicit their input as well.
