Irish Ceili Dances
Fun for the whole family!
Thursdays – July 12, 19, 26 6:00-7:30 pm
Beth Pitchford of North Star Irish Dance will teach standard Irish ceili dances. Ceili dance are the group social dances related to American square dancing. Class intended for all ages and whole families encouraged to attend together.
Series of three classes: $40 per person or a drop in rate of $15 per person per class

NUTCRACKER!
We are so very excited to be bringing the opportunity to participate in the beloved holiday classic, the Nutcracker, to Division Street Dance next year. It will be our main performance for the fall semester, and many classes from the studio will be involved by learning choreography in the fall to perform in the show.
This summer, we will be holding auditions for all lead roles which will be open to any dancer who is in level II or up. Auditions will be held on Thursday, June 28th from 1-2:30 pm. Audition fee is $5 per dancer. Dancers who are given lead roles will be required to participate in our Nutcracker summer intensive which will run on Thursdays from 1-2:30 pm from July 12-August 16th. The cost of this intensive is $125.
These lead roles will continue to rehearse on Saturday mornings from 9:30-11 am from Sept.-Dec.. Please come to auditions and keep your eyes open for more exciting info to come regarding this fantastic new opportunity.

Competition Prep Weeks
When enrolling on the comp prep week, all competition dancers will automatically be registered for the required DSD Ultimate Summer Workshop, including Tap with Valerie Rockey, Contemporary and Jazz with Carly Blaney, and Acting with Dylan Ace Carteron Thurs, Aug. 23rd 9 am-4 pm ($125/dancer)

Competition Team Auditions
We will be holding auditions for our 2018-2019 competition teams on Thursday, May 31st! These auditions are mandatoryto participate on a competition team next year. They are free of charge and open to any dancer! Please come at the time according to your age for the 2018-2019 year.
There will also be an informational meeting held on Tuesday, May 29th. All returning dancers and a parent will be required to attend from 7-8 pm. All new dancers interested in auditioning for a team should attend from 6-7 pm.
A few new additions for next year: we will be adding a 12 and under group for Lyrical as well as Hip Hop! These will be add-ons to those dancers who are already competing on a Tap/Jazz team unless given individual approval from Emily. We will also hope to be adding a Mini Stars Tap/Jazz team for our 2nd-3rd grade dancers. We are very excited to offer more competitive opportunities to our younger dancers.

Private Lessons - all ages and technique styles
