post-workshop NOTES (13 people attended):

This workshop went well. Participants seemed to like it. The timing mostly worked according to plan. We got sidetracked in one place because we were talking about students cheating and what could be done to dissuade that behavior. That meant that we mostly skipped the case studies about the first day, but that didn’t seem to matter. One feeling that I had is that there was too much talking/thinking and not enough examples about how to do the things one might want to do. I tried to bring these up as often as possible during the workshop and highlight others’ ideas too. The prompt for the very last activity could probably have been a little bit more specific.
