All Cups awarded at the 2015 Show must be returned to the Limerick Show Office at

LIMERICK RACECOURSE, PATRICKSWELL, before Friday 22nd July. Unless Cups and Trophies are returned in the condition in which they were received, the recipient’s as signed will be liable for the damage (or other costs) incurred by the

Show Society in restoring Trophies to the condition in which they were presented.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.All Entries must be made on the Official Entry Form. CLOSING DATE MONDAY 15TH AUGUSTFOR ENTRIES IN CATALOGUE. ENTRIES ACCEPTED AFTER THAT NOT INCLUDED IN CATALOGUE

2.Entries cannot be accepted unless accompanied by the correct Entry Fee.

3.ALL ENTRIES MUST BE -

(A) NEW

(B) THE UNAIDED WORK OF THENAMEDCOMPETITOR

(C) NOT PREVIOUSLY SHOWN AT LIMERICK SHOW.

4.Please note all exhibits must be delivered to the Craft Exhibition area of the Show between 4.00 and 7.00 p.m. on Friday 26thAugust.

The Craft Exhibition Area will close at 7.00 p.m. to prepare for Judging.

5.All Home Baking Entries must be exhibited on disposable plates.

6.Classes with only one entry may be cancelled.

No prize may be awarded in any particular Class if standard not sufficiently high.

In all Classes, the Judges decisions are final

7.Trophies will be presented in the Craft Exhibition Area on Sunday 28that 2.30 p.m. approx. Prize monies will be paid between 3.30– 4.30 p.m.

8. No exhibits can be removed from the Exhibition Area before 4.30 pm. Any exhibits not collected by 1stSeptember 2016will be donated to charity.
