Food sellers: Local permits are your responsibility if needed.
Sales tax collection is the responsibility of each individual vendor.
No spaces will be reserved without payment. The number of spaces is limited, the application and reservations are accepted & considered in the order they are received. Set up will be at 8:30 am. The fair will open to the public at 10 am and end at 4 pm. We ask that you do not start CONDENSING down until after 3:30. Tables must have coverings and boxes, cases, etc. should be stowed properly underneath. Your space should be left as you found it: clean and clear. We are hoping to have lunch available for purchase (more on this later), or of course, you may bring your lunch with you.
We are also requesting a donation of your product for door prizes (recommend $10-20). We will collect these during setup or shortly after. All proceeds from the crafters’ door prize donations will go to a local organization (tbd) for their projects.
Outdoor Space Rules:
If you have a tent or canopy, it must be firmly installed in case of wind. Weights and stakes are required on all four legs. We will do a walk around at the beginning of the show to make sure everything is safe, but if damage or injury is caused by your equipment, you are responsible; we have no liability in any case. Flying tents are dangerous and costly to others when they injure people or damage property. We cannot control the weather, but tents that are correctly set up rarely cause problems.
Tents will be allowed to be tied together only if each tent is properly weighted and staked.
If you do not properly set up your tent with stakes and weights, we will ask you to take it down. This is only fair to other vendors who don’t want their tents and merchandise damaged. If damage is caused to a neighboring tent by yours, you will be responsible to that other vendor. Plan carefully. These things do not need to happen if everyone does their proper setup.
