Board Votes unanimously to make KregKapitan the Boys Youth Director
- YLM Update (town hall notes below) – next meeting 12/6
Scott is going to contact other clubs to see if they are staying with YLM or going to Homegrown
- Girls update – Kelsey will close checking account and move 100% to CPYLA
Tera will check into if we can have 2 checking accounts under our 501c3
Talked about youth night whether to have it after a game or on a night of it’s own – she will talk to Ben Blaser
- Winter Clinics – Ben would like to run this – 1-3 hours in length – good first project for Kreg
Work on Fundamentals
Kelsey will work with Ben on adding girls
CPYLA needs to find a place to host (possible Athelos?)
- Box/Spring Survey– Scott sending out survey to see interest in box vs spring
He will add a section to the survey asking if parents would like more education on lacrosse
- IBT– tentative date is June 4/5
If we add girls – we need more fields?
- Coaches –Discussion on who may or may not be available next year
& possibility to have parents coach spring with training from High School coaches
-O365 Update –scrapped – Jeff not avalable
-Financial update

From YLM town Hall
-Potential shift (not voted on yet) to 7v7 for all ages up to U13. This is being recommended by US Lacrosse for all new leagues. The thought process is that it allows more touches for the players
-Potential removal of U11A division
-The reason for U9s on Sundays was explained
o Referee scheduling
o Field scheduling
-Comments brought up about why the summer schedules are so late
o Schedules are not published until ALL teams have finalized their teams and field availability
o Organizations adding teams late
-Need more regional meetings
-Spring jamboree may have an A/B division
-More miscellaneous questions asked
