CPPC Shared Decision Making Team Meeting Notes

The meeting began at 1:05 pm at the Woodward Resource Center. Jenny Felt, DCAT/CPPC Coordinator, provided the agenda and lead introductions. Announcements were provided by attendees with community events, information and resources. If you have information to get out to the group, please email to .

The group reviewed the CPPC funding budget and the FY18 Funding Priorities. If anyone has speaker ideas or thoughts for April Annual Mental Health Conference – please provide to Jenny.

Two Community Spotlights were provided:

·  Sara Morton, Genesis Development, discussed The Hope Wellness Center and other Genesis Programs. http://genesisdevelopment.com/

·  Emily Greiner-Nelson, Woodward Community Based Services/Juvenile Court Liaison, discussed referrals from Boone County and training available with Emily’s certifications.

The meeting adjourned at 2:20 pm. Due to conflict, we will not meet in October. The next meeting will held Tuesday, November 16, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
