President called the meeting to order at 8:39 AM

OFFICER REPORTS

Vice President of Administration Brittany Fugate read last week’s minutes and made the announcement of Spring Budget $455, allocated budget. Agency account is $5858.70

Vice President of Membership Development Hannah Wall announced study night for finals with both chapters, possibly have snacks too. Midterms as well

Vice President of Community Relations: Made a calendar in the Team Drive to add dates for the semester. She is trying to plan a Chi O KD social event possibly the week before Greek Week. PJs and Pancakes is a possible theme Tentative date is Thursday April 5th @ 6-9 PM. She is looking at starting Circle of Sisterhood on campus so both sororities have a philanthropy together. The philanthropy benefits women and children in underdeveloped countries. We vote as an executive council and PanDels will take back to their chapters to vote

Vice President of Recruitment: Katherine Castilla is meeting with both chapters recruitment theme will be picked soon

President: Open mic night every night 7-11 @ Hawgs Blues Cafe. Children’s Miracle Network Volunteer opportunity March 24 @ War Memorial Zachary Noga 760 406 1966

Make-A-Wish Radiothon Volunteer Opportunity February 8th Sharyn Hawkins . She is looking at making an Instagram page for CPC. We need to go through Constitution and By-Laws and become familiar with them. Executive Officer Transition Retreat February 3rd from 9-12.

CHAPTER REPORTS

Chi Omega: Panhellenic delegate, Natalie Fortner announced Chipotle fundraiser for Chi Omega is happening February 22nd. She provided details for the Chi Omega Scholarship Chair, Bryana Herrera, to Hannah Wall.

Kappa Delta: Panhellenic delegate, Lucee Lugo was absent. Meagan Pennington filled in for Kappa Delta. She said Lucee is still working on finding information on the Chi O and KD shirts

Circle of Sisterhood- Jordan motioned to vote as an executive board, Katherine moved the vote, Brittany seconded the vote. The motion passed for exec officers and Cheyenne will present to both chapters.

Y’all are doing great!!! Announce events and see if it works for everyone if not find an alternate day. Hannah move forward with the idea of study sessions, pick a day and time for everyone. Move forward with service aspect once the motion of Circle of Sisterhood passes. Museum of Discovery SpringFest Volunteer Opportunity April 7th. Possibly move the social to March instead of April. Get people interested in Greek Week committee. Chapters dues are due today, make checks out to UA Little Rock. Make sure chapters get paperwork in!
