COMPLETE entries that are postmarked or delivered by closing date have priority. ** Do not put LATE entries into the mail after Thursday, March 3. Starting Friday, March 4, LATE entries must be hand-delivered to the Secretary in her PAPER box no later than Monday night,March 7. LATE and incomplete entries may have to be wait-listed. Incomplete entries on March 8 will be placed on a wait list regardless of whether of not the show is full; priority will be order of completion.

Non-sanctioned Divisions:
Restricted Walk/Trot - Green Rider - rider has never competed above X-rails at a Combined Test.
Open Walk/Trot - Green Horse - horse may not be entered in any other division.
Both Walk/Trot Divisions Dressage: 2015 USDF Intro A
Indoor arena. Coats optional; half chaps allowed. Kimberwickes, Pelhams and standing martingales allowed. No twisted bits for dressage.
Both Walk/Trot Divisions Jumping: simple X-rail course 12 inches.
Indoor arena. Armbands are NOT required for jumping atthis level.
Baby Starter - 2015 USDF Intro B Stadium: 2ft. max; no oxers. Dressage indoors; jump outside.
Coats optional; no suede half-chaps; smooth snaffles only for dressage; armbands required for jumping.
MSEDA-sanctioned Divisions: **Coats optional for Stadium jumping thru Training per 2016 EV§114.7

USEA armbands on sale for $10.00 - includes copy of insert. Free copies also available.
All dressage tests are in small arenas and must be ridden from memory. Organizers reserve right to cancel
divisions with insufficient entries. Divisions will be divided Junior/Senior if entries warrant.
**DOGS** Stone Place Stables requests that visitors do not bring dogs. Thank you.
Schooling: Sorry, not available after the show. *No grounds access by non-competitors.
Coggins: Dated 3/14/15or later. Send with entry or scan/fax by March 1 to qualify for entry discount.
Entry fees: Baby Starter & up = $75* ($105* for two divisions of same horse and rider)
Restricted & Open W/T divisions = $55*
*DISCOUNT! - complete entries mailed by closing date (3/1) may take a $5 discount per rider.
No refunds if not taken at time of payment. Incorrect discounts will owe $5 to Sec’ry day of show.
Times: Available by 7:00 PM, Wednesday, Mar 9. Available on our website call the Secretary at 502-550-2640.
Limited Stabling: Text Debbie Iezzi at 502-608-5117. Note that you are requesting stabling.
Refunds: By closing date – full refund.After close - only if your place can be filled from the Wait List.
Call the Secretary on her cell in case of a scratch for best chance of filling your place.
Cancellation of show for extreme weather - refund minus $15 office fee to help defray fixed expenses.
Awards: Prize and eight ribbons per division. CBPC members are eligible for Club trophies.
Directions from Cincinnati/Lexington:Gene Snyder Freeway (I-265) north from I-64 or I-71 to
dead-end. Right onto US Hwy 42 for 2.2 miles to Rose Island Rd. (Hwy 3222). Turn left across from
Marathon station. Entrance is on the left down ½ mile; stone lions at gate. Posted “No Dogs”.
Secretary’s Office is in the Indoor viewing room.
Food, snacks and drinks available in the Indoor Viewing Room.
Parking: field on the right before the dressage ring. Assistance will be provided.
