What happened to the Workbook that was available with the previous edition? Why is it no longer available?

Most of the activities are integrated into the new edition (7e). Instructors who have the 6e workbook can find the activities in the Workbook for 6e in the new edition. (See column 4 below.) All of the grammar activities from the previous workbook are integrated into the Grammar Games available in the CourseMate that accompanies Procedures and Theory, 7e.
