Our upcoming Giant Lifestyle Auction and Car Boot Sale at Clareville is coming up again. It's shaping up to be another great day for everyone wanting to buy and sell goods.
Early registration of goods for auction would be appreciated, please fill out the 'Sellers Form' and return it to the office so items can be advertised prior to the auction.
AUCTION DATE:Saturday - 7th April 2018
WHERE:Clareville Showground's, 12 Chester Road, Carterton
AUCTION TIME:Auction start time 10.00am
SALE DROP OFF TIMES:Chattels - from Thursday 5th onwards with public viewing from Friday morning
Livestock - Sat 6.00am onwards
Entry for sellers is viaGate 1(first gate on the right off Chester Road).
Entry for buyers is viaGate 2(further along Chester Road on the right, before the railway line).
Unsuccessful sale items MUST BE REMOVED from the grounds within one week of the auction or the items become the property of the Wairarapa A&P Society.
The auction is a fundraiser for the Wairarapa A&P Society. A 10% commission rate will apply to all sales. This year the money raised will help to upgrade and promote the Clareville camp site which is becoming increasingly popular with visitors
There will be food and drink for sale as well as a small number of stalls.
Entry is by a gold coin donation.

PLEASE NOTE: All goods remain the property of the seller until the hammer falls, then property is transferred to the winning bidder. Every care will be taken with your livestock and goods whilst on the Clareville Complex's grounds, no responsibility can be accepted by the Wairarapa A&P Society for the damage and loss of any items.
No NAIT registered stock (cattle) to be sold, no old computers, TV's or windows.
Minimum reserve to be $10 - any items below this value will be auctioned at no reserve.
