a)Lincs Alert - 3 alerts posted onto website concerning cold calling, illegal waste operators, and a survey on neighbourhood policing.
b)Highways and Environment Report
It is understood the overgrown hedges on Jarvis Gate are owned by either Social Housing or Highways. Cllr, H Neale will investigate the owners of the overgrown hedges on New Fendyke. There is fly tipping in Horsemoor Drove- Clerk to advise Highways.

a)Chairman's Report - The speed data is currently being downloaded, but has not yet been forwarded to the relevant organisations.
b)Councillor's Report
Cllr C Griggs reported the Village Sign has been repainted by a volunteer who reported that repairs will be needed in the Spring.
Cllr J Garbutt reported speed gun training will be available for volunteers in the future.
The Church wall and Parish Council notice board need the ivy cut back as does the yew tree in the Church.
Clerk to look for handy man to undertake this.

f)Sutton St James Boundary Stones Report and information supplied by Mr P Thatcher. This was discussed during the Public Forum and the item brought forward. The Council are aware of these stones and have made some repairs to them. The stone at White Cross is in need of some attention. Clerk to investigate funding for repairs and maintenance.

a)Play Areas - Bells Drove improvement - emptying of waste bin and supply of black sacks. Sacks and gloves to be provided to the volunteer who assists with the emptying of the bins. Clerk to contact SHDC to confirm which bins are emptied.

b)SSJS&RG (Hoyles Sports Field).
  1. The dugouts at the Sports Field have the same planning requirements as bus shelters, and only need the permission of the Parish Council. A new dug out has been installed by volunteers.

Clerk to contact Rt Hon J Hayes with a view to obtaining a restriction of 7.5ton with access only through the village as Sutton St James has companies with approximately 30 heavy goods vehicles situated within the village.
