JUNE/JULY FITNESS CLASSES AT RHYTHM FITNESS STUDIO!! 6989 Division – (Cutlerville) 1 block south of 68th Street.

COST: $40 for an 8 class punch card (valid for the dates of the current 8 week session). Larger punch cards are also available. Cost is just $5 per class when purchasing at least 1 class per week for the remainder of the session. Punch card for 16 or more classes is 10% off. Walk-in classes without a punch card are $7 per class. *Classes are not designed to be progressive over the 8 weeks. Anyone is welcome to join a class at any time. The cost of the punch card (at least one class per week for the remainder of the session) will be pro-rated if starting after the 1st week.

ZUMBA CLASSES WITH **designates a 50 minute Zumba class with a 10 minute segment of strength and toning at the end of class. STEP/STRENGTH EXPRESSis a 45 minute step class that focuses on cardio and full body strength and toning. KICKBOXING OR STEP/ interval body blast – kickboxing or step class with intervals of higher intensity cardio mixed with strength segments. This is a full body workout that burns a lot of calories, strengthens the cardiovascular system and tones the entire body!

BEACH BODY BOOT CAMP! – 50 minute class that uses a variety of cardio exercises, strength moves and drills to focus on calorie burn and toning for all the major muscle groups and core training. This class will change from week to week. Come to class ready to WORK your body and have fun at the same time!
