Recruitment Policy
Confirmed payroll number / Read and follow the instructions provided to you by the IBC Recruitment Team regarding working pattern.
If your appointment is a casual employee you will need to look them up using the search function in the Casual Time Entry tile in the portal. / Recruitment Portal

Casual Time Entry
Before start date / If new to the organisation, create an appraisal record for your new member of staff.
Only to be completed if joined between January and September. / Create a new performance appraisal
Before start date / Add an absence quota to your candidate’s employee record. / Manage absence quotas
Before start date / As appropriate, organise the required IT access e.g. IT2000/ESS/ MSS. / Requesting IT access
Before start date / Prepare for your new starters arrival / First day arrangements
On first day / New member of staff to complete mandatory e-Learning.
Note: This needs to be completed via Hantsnet to enable tracking in ESS/MSS.
You may wish to track and record completed e-learning via the Record of mandatory activities spreadsheet. / Mandatory modules
