- Call to Order at 4:16 pm by Chairman Vince Chavier
- Roll Call
Present: Chairman Chavier, Director Huyssoon, Vice Chairman Vieira, Interim Fire Chief Jay Huyssoon
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
a. Motion by Chairman Chavier, second by Vice Chairman Vieira to approve the agenda with correction under 5. Consent Agenda to read October 2016 through December 2016. Motion carried.
3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Motion made by Chairman Chavier , second by Vice Chairman Vieira to approve the minutes of November 7, 2016 meeting.Motion carried.
4. PUBLIC FORUM
a. N/A
- CONSENT AGENDA
a. Motion by Chairman Chavier, second by Director Huyssoon to approve district account payables October 2016 through December 2016. Motion carried.
- OLD BUSINESS
- Motion by Director Huyssoon, second by Vice Chairman Vieira to adopt the 2016 California Fire Code, along with City of Rio Vista Amendments, Resolution 2016-07. Second reading. Motion carried.
7. NEW BUSINESS
a. Motion by Director Huyssoon, second by Vice Chairman Vieira to keep Officers the same for the next fiscal year. Chairman Vince Chavier, Vice-Chairman Rick Vieira, and Secretary/Treasurer Patty Huyssoon. Motion carried.
8. COMMUNICATIONS/CORRESPONDENCE

9. DISTRICT FIRE CHIEF COMMENTS
a. Interim Fire Chief Jay Huyssoon reported he will be coming to the Board with a couple of ordinances in the future regarding communicable waste, EMS Cost recovery, and Solano County mutual aid.
10. CHAIRMAN'S COMMENTS
a. Chairman Chavier wished everyone a Merry Christmas.
11. BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS
a. Director Huyssoon stated independent audit will be conducted on January 30, 2017.
b. Director Huyssoon stated she is trying to get a new list of requested equipment from the City Manager and Fire Chief Jay Huyssoon
c. Department Christmas party will be held this coming Saturday in the Fire Department Apparatus Bay. Pot luck.

a. Next business meeting scheduled for February 6, 2017

a. Motion made by Director Huyssoon, second byVice Chairman Vieira to adjourn the meeting at 4:27 pm. Motion carried.
