Copyright Transfer Agreement for ICSOS2012
In regards to the following nominated thesis for ICSOS2012, I hereby confirm that it has never been published in or nor is it contributing to any other magazine, etc. Furthermore, if the thesis will be published by an ICSOS magazine and the ICSOS website, I agree to fully transfer its copyright to ICSOS on the conditions stated below. If the thesis was coauthored, I agree to this Agreement on behalf of the coauthor(s).
1. Authorretains all proprietary rights in any process, procedure, or article of manufacture described in the thesis.
2. Authormay reproduce or authorize others to reproduce the thesis, material extracted verbatim from the thesis, or derivativeworks for the author’s personal use or for company use, provided that the source and the ICSOS copyright notice are indicated, thecopies are not used in any way that implies ICSOS endorsement of a product or service of any employer, and the copies themselves arenot offered for sale.
3. Authormay engage in limited distribution of all or portions of the thesis prior to publication if he/she informsICSOS in advanceof the nature and extent of such limited distribution.
4. For all uses not covered by items 2 and 3, the authormust request permission from ICSOS to reproduce or authorize the reproduction of the thesis or material extracted verbatim from the thesis, including figures andtables.
5. Although the author is permitted to re-use all or portions of the thesis in other works, this does not include granting third-party requestsfor reprinting, republishing, or other types of re-use. ICSOS must handle all such third-partyrequests.
