Look at the man on this image. What do you think he is telling you? There are different ways to protect copyright images and files.
Click: As you see all these words, think what comes into your mind when you see these words? All this words protect copyright files and images. Can you think of another word that can also protect copyright?
Click: Creative commons is a license to use other work. Just remember, if you copy and distribute other’s copyright works without permission, a lawsuit can be against you.

Narration: What is fair Use?
Fair use will cover a certain amount of copying, modifying, displaying, performing or distributing. Copyright owners have sued and probably will continue to sue individuals. There is one special provision of the law that requires a court to refuse to award any damages at all, even though the copying issue was not a fair use. It is call Good Faith Fair Use defense. It only applies if the person who copied material reasonably believed that what he or she did was fair use. What can be an example of this?
