BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGULAR MEETING

FEBRUARY 16, 2011

MINUTES

I. CALL TO ORDER

A regular meeting of the Copperfield at Tampa Homeowners Association, Inc. Board of Directors was called to order by David Cadreau, President, on the above date at 6:00 PM at the Town & Country Hospital Cafeteria Conference Room, 6001 Webb Road, Tampa, Florida.

II. ROLL CALL

Directors Present: David Cadreau, Stacey Cox, Ralph (Don) Lopez, Carolyn Scharnitz and Jim Varga.

Directors Not Present: None

III. READING AND APPROVAL OF PRIOR MINUTES

On motion made by Jim Varga, duly seconded, and upon unanimous agreement, the Board waived the reading of the January 19, 2011 Board meeting minutes and approved the minutes as presented.

IV. TREASURER’S FINANCIAL REPORT

Ron Trowbridge, Manager, provided the financial report for the monthly period ending January 31, 2011

and updated the Board on collection matters.

V. MANAGER’S REPORT

The Manager updated the Board on general maintenance and violation matters.

VI. UNFINISHED BUSINESS

The Board announced the winners of the Holiday home decorating contest. First Place was 8704

McAdam; Second, 7049 Hollowell; Third, 8736 Osage.

VII. NEW BUSINESS

A.  Stacey Cox reviewed plans for a spring newsletter.

B.  The Yard of the Month was announced as 7129 Hollowell.

C.  Homeowner Darlene Lopez reported on the results of looking into enhanced street lighting at the entrances. The Board authorized Ms. Lopez to continue dialogue with TECO regarding the possibility of additional street lights.

D.  The Manager explained to a resident the general procedure for foreclosures.

E.  The Board explained to a resident plans for future fence replacement and entrance landscaping improvements.

F.  The Board established March 19, 2011 as a garage sale date.

VIII. ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:00 PM.
