INSTRUCTIONS

1.  Examination Section is NOT authorized to issue provisional certificate to regular students. Regular students are directed to get their provisional certificates from their respective colleges.

2.  All candidates are advised to obtain/ get their provisional certificates from examination section at their own. However, in special cases, the provisional certificate will be issued to an individual on behalf of real candidate, who will produce letter of authority from the original candidate as well as his/ her NIC.

3.  A bank receipt/ challan amounting to Rs. 700/- (Rupees Seven Hundred) for normal and 1000(One Thousand only) for urgent will be deposited in main branches of National Bank of Pakistan Hazara Division as well as in NBP Hazara University Branch.

4.  In case, the certificate so issued has been misplaced/ lost/ burnt, the duplicate certificate will be issued on the production of a bank receipt/ challan for Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), two newspaper’s cutting of National level, a copy of FIR and affidavit along with application form.
