The following is stipulated based on the Suzhou exhibition hall: Non-assigned contractors should provide relative information and pay the deposit or the expense. SPECIAL BOOTH PARTITION WALL CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT

Below are the partition wall restrictions for each booth type:

1. Four sides(Island) and three sides(Head):

‧Square booth: The length of partition walls next to aisle must not exceed the 50% of the booth dimension’s single side.

‧Non-Square booth：The length of the longer side of partition walls next to aisle must not exceed 2/3 of the booth dimension’s single side; The shorter side shall follow the regulation for square booth.

‧If the booth is required to construct a single full length wall, at least 50% of the wall area needs to be unconcealed.

1. Exhibitors agreeto abide by above regulations should inform contractor to submit this agreement and the construction booth layout no later than April 12. A deposit of RMB 500 should be submitted, andwill bereturned ifno violations occur. Contractors will not be able to construct booth decoration without the agreement, construction booth layout and deposit.

III. Insurance：

1. To ensure smooth on-site operation condition, exhibitors are prohibited to proceed cargoes positioning by own/ self-arrange contactors. All exhibits positioning procedures should through “Expotransworld Ltd.” service provided.
2. To ensure the right of exhibits display, exhibitors are strongly advised arrange specific insurance for exhibits, we suggest; Departure place Arrival exhibition hall includes dates opening to closing Exhibits return to destination, amount of insured should be total loss indemnified.

IV. Liability：

All on site operation services are operated by“Expotranswold Ltd.” and “Crown Van Lines Co., Ltd.” which under Standard Trading Conditions: In case if any loss or damage during “Expotransworld Ltd. & Crown Van Lines Co., Ltd.” administering and/or supervisingwith enough to prove that due to our negligence. The liability of company shall not exceed 130% of basic freight handling charges. We strongly advise exhibitors arrange complete insurance to ensure its own rights and benefits.
