SUMMARY:The purpose of these contracts to establish a source(s) for the annual purchase of lubricant products such as engine oils, hydraulic/transmission fluids, antifreezes, and greases for Lee County. The County has executed non-exclusive agreements for lubricants and reserves the right to purchase off of a State contract or other sources if found to be cost savings/in the best interest of the County.
Note: The County intends to purchase from the primary vendor per category
unless the primary vendor is unable to provide the item(s) awarded or unable to provide the item(s) awarded in a timely manner as specified in the contracts, then the County would purchase the item from the secondary vendor per category accordingly.
