1. Instructions to Tenderers
CITB NI invites you to tender for the above contract.

Late tenders will not be accepted.
CITB NI is not obliged to accept the lowest or any tender.
2. Mandatory Requirements / Minimum Standards
Tenderers must meet the following mandatory requirements, and/or minimum standards
Mandatory Requirements including Minimum StandardsThe following must be provided when returning completed submissions.
a)Company name, address and named contact (person who will manage the contract).
b)Company background giving details of when established, company size and structure.
c)Include details of the key staff who will be involved in the delivery of the
contract focusing on relevant qualifications and experience.
d)Evidence that the company and / or the staff involved in the project have an understanding of the public sector.
e)Tenderers are asked to provide costs for the provision of the insurance broking service. These should be expressed as costs per annum for three years and total cost. Total cost must include all costs associated with effective delivery of the broking service and should clearly show VAT if appropriate. Scoring criteria will be applied to total cost only.
f)Details of how the broker would plan to achieve the requirements of the contract (limited to 1000 words).
g)At least two examples of similar contracts managed by the broker in the last 5 years.
h)Details of projected customer response times and claims handling (limited to 500 words)
i)Provide evidence that the organisation holds an appropriate level of professional indemnity insurance and are regulated by the FSA under the Financial Services & Markets Act 2000 (FSMA)

3. EVALUATION Criteria
Tenderers who met the mandatory requirements / minimum standards will be assessed
against the following evaluation criteria. Tenderers must complete the price schedule.
They must also fully address each of the non-price criteria below.
