1. / One Ticket Number, Two Instructors; How do we build this?
Talked through the process, will work except a few caveats; both instructors can grade drop or report attendance hours. Instructors must be broken up by instructional method, Instructor 1 linked to LEC, Instructor 2 linked to LEC2. SOFF Schedule build must have both lines as well to track hours of work. / Phuong
2. / Grade Book Discussion:
Need to begin looking for a solution for at least CEC for now, may look into a District standard system if available. Sue to ask her co-workers to reach out to staff at local colleges and K-12 to see what they are using and which SIS they are supported by. / Sue
3. / CASAS Export Customization: Discussion Pending
Will attempt to address this issue with the Data warehouse for ITS in roughly 6-8 months. / Jarek
4. / SARS Contacts: Look at PERSON not STUDENT table
Email all users of SARS and CONB data collection. Need to know impact of PERSON changes, RGPE ghost students, also Pat would like to know what is being reported for OEC. Need to have more discussion on the best approaches for SARS and Datatel integration. / Pat
5. / Dropping/AT Grading of Students: Discussion Pending
Pat and Phuong to test different scenarios in Test or Test2 / Stuart
6. / Alert System for Missed Attendance?

7. / Online Application for CE Students
Need to see if OpenCCCApply will work for this or if we need to find other routes. Phuong to contact San Francisco City College to see if we can contact them for their custom code. / Phuong
8. / WebAdvisor ID’s for all CE Students
Need to research how CC is handling this, Pat and Phuong may want to contact Tuyen to identify his method for handling this. / Jim
9. / DREG process concerns
Need a way to backdate those de-registered via DREG / Phuong
10. / Other Items:
Report in CI-Track that is similar to S-3d however with one large caveat, no requirement for Department or Faculty. It would have the same layout but would be run wide open by term and campus to bring back all sections lacking attendance hours. If possible filter out Monthly and Term based sections, this would only factor in Daily collection. Need a better way to provide the report to faculty as well either via email or possibly save as pdf versions.
Concerns arose regarding the list of faculty in CI-Track, how are the lists created and can we remove faculty who are no longer employed or alive however they still appear in the list.
Possible creation of a verification letter/form that would show demographic information and email address. This form would need to be run by term, location, & section for CE students to validate that the information is correct at the beginning of each term? Also walked through how to update this information via WebAdvisor. / Open
