“Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; withal praying also for us, that God will open a door of utterance, to speak the mystery of Christ . . .” Colossians 4:2-3
1. Tues. Praise our new Tel-A-Story® number (888.878.8660) has a new story recorded everyday. Pray these recordings will reach children with the Gospel and help with spiritual needs.
2. Wed. Pray children will resolve to have a Quiet Time with God every day as they are taught how to do this and given devotional books in Good News Clubs®.
3. Thurs. Pray courage for children attending our School Good News Clubs in the Chambersburg, Greencastle-Antrim, Tuscarora, Fannett-Metal, Shippensburg, Waynesboro, Forbes Road, Central and Southern Fulton school districts to remain faithful in attendance, despite opposition.
4. Fri. Pray students attending chapel at Cumberland Valley Christian School will “be doers of the Word, and not hearers only” (James 1:22) as Josiah Fisler and Jacob Russell share this morning.
5. Sat. Pray safety and clear weather as children from the following elementary schools walk to their Good News Clubs: McConnellsburg on Monday, Saint Thomas, Fairview Avenue and Mercersburg on Tuesday and Summitview on Wednesday.
6. Sun. Pray God will burden hearts to reach the children as Dr. Dan preaches during the morning service at Prince Street Church in Shippensburg.
7. Mon. Pray a representative from every Good News Club will attend one of the Teacher Training Classes today in Chambersburg and McConnellsburg or tomorrow in Waynesboro.
8. Tues. Pray wisdom for workers as they maintain discipline on the bus and in the classroom.

9. Wed. Pray physical strength and adequate preparation time for each Good News Club teacher.
10. Thurs. Pray the Lord will open hearts of children to lead them to Himself and bring about growth in their walk with Him during each Good News Club.
11. Fri. Pray workers will be sensitive to each child’s spiritual and emotional needs as School Good News Club children are counseled.
12. Sat. Pray children will “grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.” (2 Peter 3:18) as Dr. Dan teaches at Waynesboro Grace Brethren Church today.
13. Sun. Praise for families of some School Good News Club children beginning to attend church where their club is held. Pray they will make connections and lives will be changed.
14. Mon. Give thanks for the provision of buses and many bus drivers to transport the children to and from School Good News Clubs. Pray safety and good behavior on buses during the many trips made to and from elementary schools Monday-Friday.
15. Tues. Praise for the opportunity to have Good News Club for the children enrolled at the Chambersburg YMCA’s Sam’s Club. Pray God will provide a regular teacher for this twice-a-month club.
16. Wed. Pray outside activities will not interrupt children from attending Good News Clubs on Wednesday evenings at area churches.
17. Thurs. Pray God will give clarity and insight for each decision made in tonight’s committee meeting.
18. Fri. Pray safety and clarity in communication as directors attend the statewide Christian Youth in Action® meeting in Lewistown for information about summer missionary training school in June.
19. Sat. Praise for the Good News Club at Fairview Avenue Elementary School taught by Justin Cassidy for the children attending the YMCA after-school care program. Pray the children will have more opportunities to grow in the Lord.
20. Sun. Pray students will be faithful to complete their Mailbox Club lessons.
21. Mon. “Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.” (Psalm 19:14) Please pray this prayer for Dr. Dan, Michelle, Anna, each committee member and every volunteer.
22. Tues. Praise for the materials available through CEF Press® that provide workers with Bible lessons, beautiful visuals and effective teaching resources. Pray for production deadlines to be met.
23. Wed. Pray children who attend Good News Clubs will share what they learn with others.
24. Thurs. Pray God will daily provide for the financial needs of the ministry in Franklin and Fulton Counties.
25. Fri. “But God commendeth His love toward us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
26. Sat. Pray spring rains will not cause any flooding or damage at Good News Camp.
27. Sun. “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to His abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.” (1Peter 1:3)
28. Mon. Pray God will prepare children’s hearts to receive His Word during these last weeks of Good News Clubs for the school year.
29. Tues. Pray for children to rely on God’s strength to make godly choices among much peer pressure.
30. Wed. Pray wisdom as plans are made for Good News Camp and that children will invite friends that need to know Jesus.
31. Thurs. Pray for the remaining missionaries needed for Good News Camp and wisdom for Michelle as schedules are arranged.
