Scope: / Main purpose:
Responsible for producing and publishing innovative multi-platform content which supports overall business objectives
Key responsibilities / ·  To produce engaging quality digital content including copy, video and graphics which adhere to house style, brand guidelines and content strategy
·  Populating Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and You Tube with targeted content and managing the communities
·  Assist the Content & Communications Manager in producing and executing digital campaigns, and producing timely reports
·  Maintaining the editorial content calendar to ensure regular content production across multiple platforms and planning / scheduling content with internal stakeholders.
·  Analysing web and social media traffic to monitor campaign activity and suggest improvements to increase engagement
·  To continually develop the quality and effectiveness of existing digital copy

QUALIFICATIONS
Essential / Desirable
·  Educated to the equivalent of degree level in a relevant subject / ·  Digital marketing qualification
KNOWLEDGE
Essential / Desirable
·  Sound knowledge of digital channels and content production
·  Good knowledge of web, SEO and social media best practice
·  An understanding of digital marketing techniques
·  An understanding of digital marketing campaigns / ·  Social media advertising
SKILLS
Essential / Desirable
·  Sound copywriting skills and the ability to adapt ToV across a variety of channels
·  Manipulating images in Photoshop (or equivalent)
·  Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce timely website and social media reports
·  Highly proficient in MS packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
·  Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
·  Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work cross functionally and interact confidently with multiple stakeholders
·  Excellent planning and organisational skills / ·  Photography skills
·  Filming and/or editing skills (Premiere Pro or equivalent)
EXPERIENCE
Essential / Desirable
·  Three years+ experience in a digital content production role
·  Experience writing copy, shooting and editing video and creating graphics across a range of platforms for a variety of audiences
·  Publishing content to content management systems
·  Writing for B2B and B2C audiences and adapting tone and style
·  Producing targeted email campaigns (in HootSuite or equivalent)
·  Publishing content to social media and responding to queries (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, You Tube)
·  Maintaining an editorial content calendar
·  Producing timely reports for web and social media / ·  Experience working in a Sports or Leisure environment
·  Experience executing digital campaigns
·  An interest in, and knowledge of, the structure of squash in England
·  Producing social media content during a major event
