Duties and responsibilities

·  To facilitate learning interventions to ensure competency in line with job requirements and business needs.

·  To assist with the roll out of new learning programmes to business to ensure that the workforce is competent to perform optimally in their job function.

·  To evaluate and identify areas of improvement in learning programmes based on feedback received from learners, business and own observation to ensure continuous improvement and consistency to meet business needs.

·  To conduct formal assessments and report on the competencies in line with the outcomes of the learning intervention(s) to ensure a competent workforce.
