Layout and establish all points that is necessary to the construction of the structure

Prepare cutting list of bar binding list prior the procurement of all reinforcement bar

Establish all elevation points & column axis by using by Automatic Dumpy level instrument prior the setting of all formworks &reinforcement bar.

Prepare work schedule, progress reports, minutes of the meeting and all other matters in order to determine the daily & weekly status of the project.

Estimate and request all necessary materials that are in need so as to completer the project in the right time.

Supervise all works that being undertaken in site to ensure that all are in the specs & plan

Estimate all the quantity of material and total cost of all change order and additional works in site

Document & file all correspondences for the reference of all works that being undertaken

Monitor and check the safety in site and the housekeeping to ensure that health and safety of the labor.
