NDDOTis seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide Design Phase and Construction Phase services for the construction of the Edgewater Country Club and associated buildings located in New Town, ND.

Project Description

The NDDOT is seeking proposals for a Design-Bid-Build Project from qualified construction management firms to provide design support and construction services for a new clubhouse with a building footprint of approximately 4,700 SF (4,700 SF for the main floor and 4,700 SF for the basement). Feature include a commercial kitchen, bar, dining room, lounge, conference room and office, pro shop, restrooms, and other supporting spaces located on the main floor along with golf cart storage located on the lower level. Also, included with the new clubhouse will be a 4,000 SF maintenance building and a 6,000 SF cart storage building housing 30 individual cart storage units with secure overhead door access to each individual unit.

Design and Construction Schedule

Project design has begun and is scheduled for bid January 2018 with construction to be started in 2018.

Proposal Submittal Requirements

Proposals must be sealed and clearly marked (Edgewater Country Club Construction Manager at Risk Services) on the front. Failure to mark will result in a disqualified proposal and will be mailed back to the sender. NDDOT will not accept email, fax, and or telephone proposals. Sealed Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) will be accepted until 12:00 PM CT, August 21, 2017. Deliver to:

49 Code of Federal Regulations Part 26 (CFR) states that the consultant, sub recipient, or sub consultant shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of this contract. Consultants shall carry out applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the solicitation, award, and administration of USDOT-assisted contracts. Failure by the consultant, to carry out these requirements is a material breach of the contract, which may result in the termination of the contract or such other remedy as the recipient deems appropriate. It is required to have a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the US Department of Transportation 49 CFR Part 26.
