Important information:

  • All reservations requests must be made in written through “O-Tours”, until 01stMay, 2010.
  • Reservations are made on first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability
  • All hotel accommodation /transfers expenses must be prepaid in advance

Through “O-Tours” - payment deadline: 01st June, 2010.

  • The proforma Invoices will be faxed or emailed for payment via bank transfer in EUR / or payment on giro account for Croatian participants in HRK
  • The credit cards will be charged in local currency Croatian Kuna (HRK)
  • Confirmations will be sent by fax or email
  • Changes and cancellations are accepted until 01stMay 2010, amendment fee is EUR 16,50
  • Cancellations will be acknowledged only if made in written notification sent to O-Tours
  • All refunds will be issued after the conference less an administration fee EUR 50,00
  • No cancellations will be accepted after 01st May 2010. - NO EXCEPTIONS, from 01st of May2010.cancelation is NOT POSSIBLE/NO REFUND.
  • Hotel extra bills (telephone, bar, etc.) are to be settled on departure directly to hotel
  • The participant acknowledges, by registration, that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers in the event of cancellation due to unexpected events / force major or changes to programme due to any reason
