Here is some useful information on the conference in Da Nang.
(A) Visa for Vietnam: You can apply for a Vietnam visa in a traditional way at a Vietnamese consulate, but nowadays, if you visit Vietnam for short term and by airplane, it is convenient to apply for a visa on arrival. Vietnam visa on arrival means you will get a Vietnam visa upon entering at one of three Vietnam international airports: Noi Bai in Hanoi, Tan Son Nhat in Ho Chi Minh City, or Da Nang international airport in Da Nang.

(B) The conference will take place in the Saigon Tourane Hotel, 5 Dong Da Street, Hai Chau District, Da Nang City, Vietnam
Saigon Tourane Hotel is located in the city center of Da Nang, 300m from the Han reiver, and 2km from the sea. The hotel is conveniently located just 3km from the airport and makes a perfect base for you to start exploring the city’s many attractions, including Hoi An Ancient Town, My Son Holly Land, and Marble Mountains. The amtosphere around the hotel is quite calm although it is situated between several lively streets and (good) restaurants.
(C) We provide you here with a list of hotels close to the conference place, with two main options, riverside or seaside location:

The best rooms are the Premium Suite single rooms 1,500,000 VND (60 EUR) per night and the Premium Suite double rooms 1,700,000 VND (68 EUR) per night.
2. Han River Hotel(4-star, central; 750m from the conference place)

The VIP rooms are at 1,500,000 VND (60 EUR) per night.
3. Novotel Danang Premier Han River (5-star, riverside; 750m from the conference place)

This is considered as the best hotel in Da Nang. The price for a room per night is from 132 USD.
4. Diamond Sea Hotel (4-star, excellent location, at My Khe Beach; 4km from the conference place, about 3 EUR taxi fee)

Diamond Sea Hotel is located on the best stretch of Da Nang Beach, known to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. An ocean premier room is at 2,400,000 VND (95 EUR) per night, while a deluxe room costs 1,950,000 VND (78 EUR) and a superior room 1,700,000 VND (68 EUR).
