In this interactive workshop we will explore a range ofproven, practical and easy to use techniques that you can apply daily in the workplace to develop satisfaction & success, embed new behaviours and give more effective feedback. Examples of application will be offered throughout.

The evidence base for Mindfulness is growing. It is a recognised treatment for depression and anxiety at one end of the continuum and is proven to develop creativity, flexibility and positivity at the other. The session gives an overview of Mindfulness theory and offers an opportunity to practice the techniques
