Conducting your iAuditor SWMS

Once you have finished ensuring your SWMS is site and task specific using the template editor, you can now conduct your audit.

● In iAuditor, tap on “Template” in the main menu

● Find the iAuditor SWMS you want to conduct an audit with

● Tap on

This will open the Title Page Section, where various Header Fields are located.

To edit items simply tap the section under the item where it says “Tap here to edit”.

The keyboard will appear, enabling you to enter relevant information. Once finished simply tap the next “Tap here to edit” item, to work your way through the audit.

Some items provide a different method of entering information for example the

● Conducted On (Date):

○ This is a date/time field that allows you to date- and time-stamp your audit. To edit this tap on

● Location

○ You can choose to use the button, which will use your current GPS location or type the address in manually

Once you having finished the Title Page section tap on

PART 1

As you move through the audit fill out relevant details where prompted. Some items that are different in this section include the:

Review Number

Here a Review Number can be assigned by either tapping “Choose which number” or “Response”

Name and Signature

● Here you can add a contact name by tapping “Enter the name of signee”

● To provide a signature, tap “Sign”. Sign your signature and tap “Save”

Relevant Workers

Here you are prompted to add workers, you can add several workers by tapping “Add Worker” and filling out the fields.

Keep working your way through Part 1 until you come to the end, from here you can then move onto the

PART 2

Once again move through the section, filling out relevant details where prompted. Some items that are different in this section include the:

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Relevant PPE can be selected tapping the boxes

As you work through the remainder of this section:

● Ensure you fill in the Person Responsible to implement control measures item at the end of each job step

● Select the Relevant Legislation and Codes of Practice by tapping the relevant boxes

Move onto the

PART 3

Move through the audit completing each item. Once you have finished filling in all the items, tap “Mark As Complete.”

From here you can then “Preview & Export” your SWMS, this will generate a PDF version that you can then send via email to relevant persons.
