SURVEYOR’S FINDINGS (DEFICIENCIES AND OBSERVATIONS):

Conclusion:

Based on our findings we conclude that, subject to the findings, the vessel, it’s gear and equipment were considered to be in satisfactory condition and offers no known risks other than those normally encountered when engaged in the proposed service.

NOTE:

This report is issued solely for the consideration of the interested parties and is only valid as long as the conditions upon which the report is based remain the same.
