Vendor Booth Rental Agreement

This agreement is made by and between CONCHO KENNEL CLUB, INC., as Lessor, and
______(name) of
______(name of business), Texas as Lessee.
Lessor leases to Lessee, and Lessee leases from Lessor, the following described booth space located at the Foster Communications Coliseum located at 50 East 43rd Street, San Angelo, Texas.
The booth space is leased for a 2 day show(Saturday & Sunday)with set up beginning on Fridayat 8:00amand ending on Sunday at end of show. You may unload on East side of Coliseum through overhead door over ramp or through the front Coliseum lobby area. Do NOT block the East ramp after 2pm.
Most of the vending space will be located in the Coliseum front lobby. Space is limited and must be approved prior to final commitment.
Two Day Booth Fee: 8’ Table Booth size $15(WITH table)10x10 ft $25 10x20 ft $30 10x30 ft $35

Banner / Signage Display in the Arena: $50 advertising
The total rental fee shall be paid in full at the time this agreement is signed for reservation. Submit your fee before or postmarked on or by October 15for the full amount so this agreement is consummated and the space is held for you.
The Lessee shall display sales-use tax I.D. certificate at the booth at all times and must comply with all AKC and Concho Kennel Club rules and regulations. Concho Kennel Club shall be responsible for the assignment of booth spaces. Lessee is responsible for bringing set-up equipment and materials.
Lessee shall not assign or sublease this designated lease agreement, or any party of his/her interest thereof, without prior written consent of Lessor. Lessee may notsell food itemsof any kind for human consumption.
Lessee shall upon vacating said booth space clean said space to its original condition. Lessee forfeits booth fee if unable to show.
