IMPORTANT REMARK: The lower value of raw-TDS, the higher recovery rate of the system!

Thus, if the raw water has TDS about 30 000 ppm, the recovery rate of the system will be about 35%

(about 1200 LPH pure water). If TDS is about 20 000 ppm, the recovery rate will be about 40% (about

1400 LPH pure water).

TDS = 43 000 ppm (43‰) is assumed as the most salty seawater in the world.

IMPORTANT REMARKS

1. Complete factory contains 2 x 20Ft containers, one for the water system, another one for electric

system. In the second container are all solar panels which should be installed on area about 300 m2 at

distance about 50m from the containers;

2. Solar power supply system is designed to provide about 8 hours normal working process daily,

because power output data is based on areas with daily average peak power shine of about 5 hrs.

Panel system is intended to charge the batteries, but power consumption is from the batteries. Backup

power supply (diesel generator) is designed to run when sunlight is not enough and/or batteries are

exhausted;

PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY

All systems are new! Lead time for production is up to 60 days afterreceiving of First payment.

PACKAGING, LOADING AND TRANSPORTATION

1. Loading and arranging of the equipment in the containers will be in assembled/installed form,

protected from damage, breakage and/or destruction, shock/impact, dropping, incidences. Equipment is suitable packed and fortified in the containers for combinedtransportation by ocean and by land without reloading;

2. Only solar panels and spare parts are in disassembled form, arranged in the container suitable for

transportation;

LEAD TIME (TIME FOR DELIVERY)

Lead time: up to 60 days (normally 45 days) after receiving of First payment;

TERMS FOR INSTALLATION, FACTORY TESTS AND COMMISSIONING

Product is completed as full set, installed and ready for operation. Installation is required only for solar

panels, to install and connect them to the complete electric system;

TECHNICAL WARRANTY AND POST-WARRANTY SERVICE

- Technical warranty: 12 months after date of installation;

- Life of panels at normal maintenance: up to 25 years;

- Life of batteries at normal maintenance: up to 12 years;

- Post-warranty service: life-time, all spare parts, consumables, support and consulting;

CAPABILITY FOR SUPPLY

Capability for producing and supply is up to 10 products monthly;
