Gone on Holiday Campaign competition – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

  1. Promoter’s Details:First Choice is a trading name of TUI UK Limited(the “Promoter”), a member of the TUI AG group of companies, registered in England and Wales under number 2830117 and whose registered office is at TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QL.
  1. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
  1. How to Enter:

Internet access required to participate. To enter you will need to answer the question that is posted daily on the First Choice Facebook page, by leaving a comment on the post with your answer.

No entries from agents or third partiesor entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.

“Liking” of the First Choice Holidays Facebook page does not count as an entry into the competition.

Only one (1) entry allowed per person per daily question.

No purchase necessary.

  1. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at By entering this competition you consent to the Promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.
  1. Dates: The competition commences on Monday 26th October 2015 and closes on Sunday 1st November2015at 12.00 noon. The competition commences daily from the time that the question is posted at 8am and closes daily at 7:59pm. The next question will be posted the following day at 8am. All entries must be received by 7:59pm each day to be entered into that day’s competition.
  1. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.
  1. Prize(s): There are seven (7) prizes to be won. One entrant will win £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds) of holiday vouchers on each of the six (6) days between 26th October 2015 and 31st October 2015. One entrant will win £1000(one thousand pounds) of holiday vouchers on 1st November 2015. The prizes are not transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
  1. Selection of winners: The winners will be the seven (7) entriespicked at random from all eligible correct entries received.
  1. Notification: Theseven (7)winners will each be notified by a private message sent to them on Facebook after 10am on the morning after the day they enter and winwith instructions on how to claim their prize. The winners must make contact as instructed in the private message by 5pm on Wednesday 4th November 2015. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligibleentries received.
  1. Winners details: Details of the winners, name and country of residence, will be obtainable after the 5th November2015by writing to Nicky Jones, Digital Campaign Manager, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, Beds, LU2 9TN. The winners may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.
  1. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. Facebook accepts no liability for this competition.
